Perfect hotel for your stay in Cracow, including great buffet breakfasts. Conveniently located close to the very heart of the city center and yet a bit hidden from the all the noise. Location superb, near the centre but also a quiet street. Beautifully designed building and welcoming lobby. All staff friendly, polite and helpful. On arrival the room was thoughtfully air conditioned at the best cool temperature on a hot day, everything spotless and super clean, with very nice smells. Bed, though a regular sized double bed, was very comfortable with good pillows so a good night’s sleep was had. Breakfast in restaurant is tasty, healthy and varied options available. Looks more like a families and couples hotel. Very good value for money.

The position was really good, right between the city center and the Jewish quarter so that you would easily visit the part you prefer from there. The price/quality ratio was definitely good! Breakfast was good, despite not so many sweets options but more than I was actually expecting.

It’s located really close to the main part of the old town, accessible by a literal 5 minute walk. The tours and excursions all pick up from there. The reception lady was really lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful even when we asked about more English breakfast tea and we scared her with our excitement! We had a family room as there were 3 of us and it had 3 beds, and the room was perfection, hit by the smell of clean when you walked in, and we even had our own balcony area my vaping friend could use. Honestly it was exactly what we wanted and we were so impressed. They came by and made the beds and cleared the bins and refreshed the complimentary water daily too.

What a beautiful hotel in an excellent location! It's a few minutes walk to Wawel Castle in one direction, Kazimierz (Jewish Quarter) in another and Rynek Glówny (Main Square) is maybe a 10 minute stroll but everywhere in Krakow is basically flat so it's very easy to walk. The staff were lovely the rooms are really well appointed and spotless. We had adjoining rooms which was great for our family and there is a lift! There are dressing gowns and slippers for the sauna. The breakfast was fabulous. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel is near the old town of Krakov. Near are also trams, if you want to visit Kazimier district or Podgorze. Near is also the train station to the airport, but the hotel also provide shuttle service with a nice driver that gives good advices for tourist visits. The hotel is on a calm street and I have got some really nice and good sleeps. I liked that the room have the possibiliy to open the window and let some fresh air in. The rooms were very clean. The wifi was working perfectly (so I could hold an online meeting and work normaly). The breakfast was also nice (only the coffee was not really strong in the morning, but at least good).

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel. 10 mins walk to the old town, near to public transport options and restaurants. hotel is maintained well. Has elevator which is convenient if you have language. Had good breakfast options. On the some days when there were not too many guests and there was no buffet option (made sense to avoid wasting food) the staff still ensured for guests who still stayed were given hot breakfast options.
